Luglife Xmas Campaign
Each year during the holiday season, Lug aims to create unforgettable and festive experiences for their customers through consumer packaging and imagery. As the Art Director/Senior Lead Designer, I was responsible for developing a concept that would evoke laughter, joy, happiness, and warmth. The primary goal was to craft imagery that builds an emotional connection, sparks excitement, and conveys a sense of community and friendship, even in locations without snow. To achieve this, I carefully selected props and locations and collaborated with lifestyle models to create a fun, positive, and playful campaign. Lug rolled out this holiday campaign across all channels, including the website, social media, and print materials, and we also introduced special edition holiday online boxes.
The results of this campaign were impressive. We saw a significant increase in customer engagement across all channels. The special edition holiday online boxes sold quickly, demonstrating the effectiveness of the festive imagery and packaging in driving sales. Customer feedback highlighted the emotional connection and excitement the campaign generated, reinforcing Lug's reputation as a brand that brings joy and warmth during the holiday season.

During the holiday season, Lug aims to promote and drive sales as much as possible. To support this, together with design team we designed both printed and digital versions of a "Gift Guide," which was distributed a few months before Christmas. This guide provided customers with the opportunity to explore Lug's extensive collection and find the perfect gifts.

We created engaging and fun content that resonated with our audience, leading to a significant boost in both sales and customer engagement during the holiday season. As a result of this content strategy, we saw a 40% increase in sales and a 20% rise in customer engagement across our social media channels.

To deliver a full festive experience, we designed themed packaging for our customers, complete with special details like packing slips in envelopes that looked like they were delivered from the North Pole by Santa. As a bonus, we included a promo code to enhance the holiday experience and make it truly unforgettable.
