I played a key role in elevating Lug's branding and market presence by working closely with the founders to fully capture their vision and desired brand perception. I helped shape the brand’s tone and visual identity through thoughtfully curated imagery and copy.
As the Lead Designer, I applied my expertise across all areas of the business—from rebranding packaging to designing and developing rewards programs, as well as launching a new app. Through extensive research and persona insights, I developed content that significantly boosted engagement and revenue.

Rebranded Product Hangtags

Rebranded hangtags for modern clean look. Incorporated lifestyle images to emphasized on product features.

Luglife aimed to reward its loyal customers by launching a fun and engaging rewards program. I collaborated closely with the founders and design team to create the right look and feel. To reinforce the brand connection, I incorporated elements from Lug’s favorite patterns and prints, along with bright, vibrant colors that conveyed positivity and happiness right from the intro landing page.

Lug partnered with the Command Sold platform for live sales, which gained significant popularity on social media. As part of this initiative, Lug launched the LugLive mobile app, and I contributed by designing user-centric visual elements, including the app icon and logo.

To widely promote the LugLive initiative, I designed a postcard that was included with every online order. The goal was to boost awareness and drive app downloads.
